You agree not to use VCard for any illegal activity. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate this rule.

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

All fees (issuance, load, reload) are shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable once a card is issued.

Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee acceptance of any specific card at any specific merchant.
