Virtual credit cards are non-physical, instantly usable products. Once a card has been issued and loaded, the purchase is final.

You may request a refund for an order that is still in pending status and has not yet been approved. Contact support with your order ID.

Attempted chargebacks on crypto deposits already credited to your wallet may result in account suspension.
